I'm hosting a free CEO Bootcamp - ONLINE EVENT

Big news:

I'm hosting a free CEO bootcamp with Shaan Puri on Wednesday, April 16th at 2pm EST.

You can register here.

Everyone who registers to this event will receive a copy of the video recording even if you can't attend live.

Shaan and I are going to spend an hour discussing:

1. Founder/CEO goal setting:

  • How to set and measure KPIs/goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • How to effectively communicate, delegate, and achieve these goals with your team.
  • How to respond and what to do when things don't go as planned.

2. Hiring and delegation, including:

  • How to hire and delegate as a business owner.
  • How to hire and delegate as an employee/manager.
  • How to differentiate between delegating tasks and decisions.
  • How we both manage and lead large remote teams.
  • What tools and tech we use and more.

3. When and how to do "Founder Mode" the right way.

  • Shaan emailed me about Paul Graham's founder mode essay which I know went viral late last year. We are going to spend some time at the end discussing the principles, what we agree with and what we disagree with, and how we both apply it to our orgs.

At the end, we will also take questions live from the chat.

The goal is for you to attend this bootcamp and get at least 5 golden nuggets from us that you can take back to your company and apply immediately in order to grow.

Register here.

I hope to see you there.

Onward and upward,

Nick Huber

I talk a lot about doing the important but not urgent work that it takes to be a successful business owner. I'm talking about the type of work that separates the people who run and scale enduring companies from those that fail or simply create themselves a job that they can’t escape from. As an entrepreneur it’s easy to get caught up focusing on money and profits and what you can buy with your money and profits. After all, money is tangible. We can see it in our accounts. We can spend it. We...

Unfortunately way too many people think about entrepreneurship through a new idea lens. This makes them delusional. If no one has succeeded before or if your business doesn’t exist yet, it is because nobody has been able to win the game and make money doing what you want to be doing. And if nobody has won, why would you want to play that game? It's time for you to think differently! These are my three vectors for evaluating any opportunity. Competition, profitability, and my odds of success....

Before we jump in: Tax season is here. If you buy real estate and haven't done a cost seg yet, there is still time. 5 minutes of work could save you a ton of $$$ on your taxes. Click here to see how much you can save. -- A few years ago, I had the chance to interview Jay Schuminsky at the ReConvene conference which is hosted by my close friend Moses Kagan. Both of these gentlemen are complete badasses in real estate. But today's email focuses on Jay. Jay’s life changed about 17 years ago when...
